No it is done with a long shutter speed, cant remember how shes not blurred photoshop? Was a program on tv about this ages ago.

yeah man i think im gonna probably get the train down:/ but my wrist is killing i went into the tree at the end of the 4 cross track earlier today so my wrist is strapped up atm you aky anyways dude
